Status 4 is launching the SPARK bite-size sales training programme for the travel industry delivered over 5 one hour virtual sessions with video follow-up an online quiz plus a certificate of completion. Delegates also receive 6 months access to our virtual training academy. This sales training programme is perfect for home and remote workers from around the World and we are hoping to offer industry incentives through sponsorship.
The cost at the moment is just £75.00 per delegate but we sincerely hope to be able to offer the programme at a reduced cosy or even free of charge if we can secure a few sponsors.
The SPARK sales training programme schedule is as follows :
Tuesday 7th May at 0930 – Preparation – Getting to Status 4
The best sales process in the World will not work if you haven’t prepared yourself and considering the impact you can have on another person. This session will help you achieve Status4.
Thursday 9th May at 0930 – Influencing Skills
Sales is sometimes looked upon as a dirty world and people involved in sales don’t like to be called sales people. In this part of the programme we will look at the key techniques that help other people accept your way of thinking. Your will receive an assignment so you can practice your new found skills
Tuesday 14th May at 0930 – Maximising profitability and turnover
Making a sale is fine but increasing the value of that sale will benefit both the client, you and your company. Here we talk about maximising spend including up-selling, cross-selling and using presumptive language
Thursday 16th May 0930 – Closing the sales and dealing with common objections
You can be the friendliest and most knowledgeable travel consultant which is pointless if you don’t ask for the sale, deal with objections and follow-up – The cherry on the cake in sales
Completion and next steps
Upon completion of the sessions above, delegates will be directed to an online platform where they will be able to view (in their own time) a video refresher of the course plus an online assessment to check their learning. Upon successful completion of the test, they will be able to download a certificate and start putting their new skills to good use.
Each virtual sessions above will be delivered by Dave Pope the well-known travel industry sales expert live through ZOOM and will include presentations , assignments , downloadable handouts and the opportunity to interact. At the end of each sessions delegates will receive a link to a video follow up and then at the end of the programme a quiz plus a certificate of completion.
